Situated across the street from the Retiro Park (Calle Alberto Bosch 14) this apartment could not benefit from a better location. The Prado Museum is right behind the apartment and the fashionable Salamanca District on the other side of the Retiro Park. This apartment is situated within one of Madrid's safest and most exclusive areas. For tourists it is an perfect starting point to discover Madrid as a lot of sightseeing can be done by walking: Puerta del Sol, Puerta de Alcalá, Gran Vía, Salamanca District... The metro is just one minute from here with two equally distant stations: Metro Atocha and Metro Retiro.

The day of your check in, upon your arrival to Madrid airport, you are required to call us to confirm your check in time and to let us know that you are on your way to the apartment.
An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
