Large, luxurious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartments, dining room, kitchen, living room and terrace. Exquisitely decorated with luxurious details: built-in closets, wooden floors, terrace, eating area in kitchen or living room… The apartments are 100 m2. All areas are spacious, luminous and have large spaces to work, relax or enjoy Madrid. The building has an elevator, a doorman and a private garage.
Both apartments have capacity for 5 people: 2 in the main bedroom’s double bed and 2 in the second bedroom’s 3 individual beds.

These 2 apartments are situated on Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona 134, next to Atocha Station (5 minutes away by foot) and Retiro Park. It is a quiet and residential area in the center of Madrid.
From here one can easily walk to all of Madrid’s largest museums: Prado Museum, Reina Sofía, Thyssen, National Anthropology Museum... Near by (on the same street) there is a public sports complex with indoor pools, tennis courts and a gym. In the neighborhood there are also numerous bars, restaurants, taverns, supermarkets and 2 large department stores.
Its central location will allow you to enjoy all of touristic Madrid on foot. Nevertheless, if you wish to take the metro, the Menéndez Pelayo station is right in front of the apartment building.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
Before heading to the apartment upon arrival to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time. The number to call will be given to you in the booking confirmation email.
