This is a group of two large studio apartments centrally located in a restored, 19th-century building. Both of the apartments are decorated in a rustic style and come with all the necessary commodities. They are very quiet and can comfortably lodge up to four adults (in a king size bed and a double sofa bed). Each apartment is 50 square meters in size and they both have an open floor layout.

This restored 19th century building is situated on an exceptionally quiet and safe street in the middle of the historic district (Calle Guillermo Rolland 7), next to the Senate building. This area is right between Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía, in one of the most authentic and charming parts of the city, yet removed from the hustle and bustle from its exciting surroundings. The nearby pedestrian streets enable you to walk to all the main tourist attractions. These medieval streets are filled with restaurants, tapas bars, jazz and flamenco bars, several department stores, theatres, cinemas, and pubs for all tastes. This location is truly a tourist's dream and a perfect base from which to explore the whole city. Two subway stations (Ópera and Santo Domingo), several bus stops and taxi stands are also nearby, making public transport easily accessible.

An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards, but with an additional 3% of commission. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
