General information

This tastefully decorated and furnished one-bedroom apartment will make you feel right at home. The apartment is bathed in natural light and has high ceilings, hard wood floors and a warm and traditional ambiance.

The apartment can comfortably sleep a total of 4 people (there is a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room). The house is divided into an entranceway that leads to a hall, a bathroom off of the hall, and an open kitchen that is attached to the living room, which is divided into a dining area and a lounge space. The master bedroom has a desk and a dresser.

Location

The apartment is located on Calle Claudio Coello 111, in the heart of the beautiful Salamanca neighborhood, one of the most upscale areas in Madrid. Here will you find the most famous boutiques, a large number of shops, cafes, restaurants, museums, art galleries and the famous Golden Mile, the stretch of shopping with the most luxurious and famous brands. This is a safe neighborhood that is easily accessible from the rest of the city, allowing you to walk to the museum area or to Retiro Park. The Nearest metro station is Nuñez de Balboa, located 5 minutes away by foot.

An initial 25% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival. The establishment does accept credit cards. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.

Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
