This is a pleasant top-floor, one bedroom apartment with two exterior terraces (one open and the other enclosed). It can fit up to four people, as the bedroom hasa double bed and the living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, which is easy to set up. The living room also has a dining area with a table and chairs as well an area to watch TV. From the living room you have access a sunny, open terrace with fantastic views of Madrid’s center. The American-style kitchen is very well-equipped, has a modern design and a comfortable breakfast bar. Right next to the kitchen there is another terrace (enclosed, but bright), which is an ideal location to enjoy breakfast. There is also a full bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, which is accessible by elevator to the 6th floor and then a 1-story walk-up.

Located on Calle Doctor Cortezo 12, right next to Plaza Tirso de Molina and Tirso de Molina metro, this apartment is ideal if you want to experience Madrid right from the heart of the city. Its central location will allow you to visit Madrid’s most important cultural sites by foot (Reina Sofía Museum, Prado Museum...), the center’s fervent commercial activity (Calle Preciados, Gran Vía, Callao...), and the richness and beauty of Madrid’s Austrias neighborhood. An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash.
The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
