The flat has an illuminated living room with an ample sofa bed for one person and a dining area. Adjacent to it, there is a kitchenette with all necessary appliances. Through a small corridor (including a wardrobe area) it opens up into a sleeping-room. Inside the nicely decorated room there is a writing desk and a double bed. Next to it there is a complete bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has been recently renovated and it is situated in the first floor of a building, typical of Madrid’s downtown architectural style. Ideal for guests moving around the centre of Madrid and nearby all the cultural attractions the city has to offer.

This apartment is located in Calle San Pedro Mártir 9, next to the Rastro neighborhood. This property is ideal for enjoying quintessential Madrid, the city that combines traditional spots with a multicultural atmosphere. A few streets away, the rastro flea market transforms the district into a busy market every Sunday, a must-see attraction in Madrid. This location is also a walk away from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace or the Prado Museum.
If you feel like going on a walk around more sophisticated neighborhoods, the apartment is near trendy Latina, or Chueca neighborhoods, inviting to people of all backgrounds. The district of Lavapiés, the old Madrid Jewish borough and today known as the alternative quarter, is also walk away.
The apartment is just few meters away from Tirso de Molina metro station and no more than 500 meters away from La Latina, Antón Martín and Lavapiés.

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
