General information

This is a renovated historic building with 6 studios and 6 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments. The building has an elevator and a garage. All apartments are street facing and have WiFi, air conditioning and everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Studios:
These are open, airy studios that have a double sofa bed and a double bed. They have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with whirlpool shower.

2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments:
2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments that sleep 6. The master bedroom has a double bed, a desk, a large closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a desk and a wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed and a dining area with a table for 6. A separate kitchen is totally equipped with all appliances.

Location

This group of apartments is located in a restored historic building on a charming, narrow street (Calle Jardines 16) that goes unnoticed despite being in the most central part of Madrid: between Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía. This privileged location is surrounded by the most famous tourist attractions but, being on a side street with little foot traffic, there is almost no noise. From here you can enjoy Madrid by foot, with easy access to museums, shopping on Preciados, Arenal and Fuencarral streets and countless restaurants in the area where you can sample and enjoy local cuisine. All this only a short walk from the Sol and Gran Vía metro stations, so you can easily reach the airport or anywhere else in Madrid.

20% of the cost of the stay will be charged to your credit card upon booking. This is nonrefundable. The outstanding balance will be paid in cash on arrival to the apartment. The owner will also ask for a 150 EURO security deposit which will be returned during check-out after assessing the apartment.
