General information

This is a group of two one-bedroom apartments that fit 5 people each. Each apartment is about 60sq2 in area and consists of a bedroom, a living and dining room, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. The apartments are situated on the second floor (no elevator) of a beautiful historic building that is totally renovated, modern and quiet. Each apartment has two exterior balconies and all of the windows are sound-proofed. Each apartment can accommodate five people (double bed + supplemental bed + double sofa bed).

The apartments are exquisitely decorated with designer furniture and they come with everything you will need to guarantee your comfort: plasma TV with DVD player, WIFI, air-conditioning, individual heating...

Location

These two apartments are conveniently located right in the city center, in the Las Letras neighborhood (Calle Nuñez de Arce 4). This is one of the most charming and most affluent of all tourist areas in the center of Madrid. Here there is an abundance of pubs, restaurants, jazz bars and music clubs. Calle Nuñez de Arce 4 is very close to the famous Plaza de Santa Ana, which is always full of locals and tourists enjoying its bars and open-air terraces.

From these apartments you can easily walk to any one of the main Madrid tourist sites or access the rest of the city by public transport (using the nearby Sol metro station, only a 5 minute walk away).

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.

Before heading to the apartment upon arrival to Madrid, you must call to confirm your arrival time. The number to call will be given to you in the booking confirmation email.
