This small studio apartment is located in a 19th century historical building in the heart of Madrid. It is fully furnished and features all the modern amenities you will need for a pleasant stay: air conditioning, individual heating, broadband internet, TV with DVD player... The apartment has been recently refurbished, it has an open floor layout, and the kitchenette is integrated into the main room. The bathroom is a separate room located on one side of the living room, next to the kitchenette. On the opposite side of the living room there is a TV set and a sofa that opens into a double bed.
This charming studio is the perfect accommodation choice for single business travelers or sight-seeing couples looking for a quiet and central location at a reasonable price.

Located in the central Plaza Tirso de Molina 12 (also known as the Flowers Square), this quiet studio is an excellent starting point from which to explore Madrid by foot. Most of Madrid’s tourist sites are within a short walk from here: the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace to the east; Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía to the north; the rastro flea market and Lavapiés to the south, and the museum area to the east.
This location is also highly recommended for those interested in discovering Madrid’s rich cultural: the nearby museum area (specially the Reina Sofía Museum), the Valle Inclán Theatre and numerous art galleries are some of the features of this area. Here, you will also be able to enjoy a rich selection of traditional Spanish "tapas" and the ethnic mosaic of Lavapiés with great Indian, African and Morocan restaurants. Two nearby subway stations guarantee easy access to the rest of Madrid: Tirso de Molina (right next to the building entrance) and La Latina at less than 5 minutes away by foot.

A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete the booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due in cash upon your arrival. The establishment will also ask for a 200 EURO security deposit which will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
After arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
