Owner was very nice although he can only speak a few English. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The beds are new. It is in good location, very convenient with supermarket, market and metro nearby. But be prepared with music and party noise at weekend. It will be much better if a big knife for cooking and wifi internet access are available but I still will recommend this apartment to anyone. |

Tres Peces apartment is a wonderful place to stay. There is more than enough space for two people (the apartment would even be comfortable for up to 4 people) and it is in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the major sights. Thank you! |

A small (40 square meter) one bedroom apartment with capacity for up to four adults. This cute apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with functional furniture and vibrant colors. It is located on the first floor of a four-storey building. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed (with two single beds). The living room has a small tv and a dining area with a table for four. The bathroom has a built in shower and the kitchen is fully equipped. An unbeatable value for money apartment.

This property is located in Calle Tres Peces 34, in the heart of the Lavapiés district. This is one of the most diverse and multicultural Madrid neighborhoods. A lively, relaxed, and informal neighborhood in Madrid’s city center. Close by are plenty of businesses such as stores, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and excellent access to public transportation. The Embajadores subway station is just two blocks away. The most significant tourist sites (Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol...) are easily accessible by foot. The main cultural life of Madrid (Reina Sofía, Thyssen, Prado...) is also within reach.
