General information

One-bedroom, two-bath duplex apartment that can fit up for 4 people. The apartment is comfortably spread out over two floors. On the main floor you’ll find the living room (with a pull-out couch for two), the dining area (with a rounded table for four), one bathroom and the kitchen. You can reach the upper floor by a spiral staircase in the living room. The master bedroom (with a double bed) and the second bathroom are on the upper floor.

Location

This property is located on Calle Espíritu Santo 21, an old narrow street in the Malasaña historic district. This is a vibrant, alternative neighborhood with a large number of very good, reasonably priced restaurants, taverns, tapas bars, cinemas, boutiques and all sorts of stores. Its stylish narrow streets are populated with youngsters, artists and the trendiest fashion followers. This is also one of the classic areas for partying the night away. From spring to fall, the numerous nearby plazas set up outdoor cafes to cater to Madrid's hipster set.

This neighborhood enjoys a central location equidistant from both the most touristy part of town (Gran Vía) and the newer Chamberí district. This location will allow you to visit all of Madrid city center by foot or by using either of the two nearby subway stations: Noviciado and Tribunal.

A 20% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is nonrefundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission). The establishment will also require a 40 EUROS cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
