The Soho Valverde apartment is a one bedroom, two bath apartment located in an old restored 18th century palace. This location will let you enjoy the taste of one of the most lively and active neighborhoods of Madrid’s city center. The apartment is bright and cheerful and it comes with all amenities.
The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds (which can be put together to make a double bed), a bathroom with bathtub, a second smaller bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a full sized kitchen.

This apartment is in an old restored 18th century palace located on Calle Valverde 30, in the Chueca district (right on the border with Malasaña). It is just a few steps away from Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol and at walking distance to the museum area: Prado, Thyssen, Reina Sofia... This is a lively neighborhood with many bars, restaurants and stores.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 40 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 200 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
