The Velarde apartment is a cozy one-bedroom apartment that can fit up to three guests (in one double bed and a single sofa bed).
The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with all new facilities. The facilities include: A living room with a comfortable sofa bed and an attractive dining area (with an open-plan kitchen), a bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in closet, a bathroom with a hydro massage shower, where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing or work in Madrid. The apartment comes fully equipped with all you will need for a comfortable stay (including air conditioning and internet).

This apartment is conveniently located in the lively neighborhood of Malasaña (Calle Velarde 20). It is right next to the famous Calle Fuencarral: a pedestrian street known for being one of the most active shopping streets in Madrid’s city center. In addition to this great location, this apartment is also very quiet as all of its windows face the large inner courtyard of a traditional building with lots of charm and character.
This very central location will let you visit all tourist sites on foot (Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol or Plaza de Colón) while enjoying the city from one of its most genuine and "local" neighborhoods.

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance and a 30 EURO cleaning fee are due on arrival in cash.
The establishment will also ask for a refundable 100 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
