Modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment able to fit up to 5 people. It is completely renovated, very quiet, bright and has views of the Calero Park. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one of which has a double bed and the other two twin beds), a living room (with a twin-sized pull-out couch), a bathroom and an American-style kitchen that is fully equipped.
The apartment also has a parking garage (10 EUROS/day). If you need the parking space please indicate so in the comments section of the reservation page.

This apartment is located on Calle de la Virgen de Lluc 36, only a few meters from the Quintana metro station and right in front of a bus stop that will take you directly to Puerta del Sol. The apartment is very close to Calle Alcalá (one of the main thoroughfares of the city) and the Las Ventas Bull Ring (Las Ventas neighborhood). This neighborhood has a wide range of cultural activities and is surrounded by parks, shops and traditional spanish restaurants.

An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. The establishment will also ask for a refundable 150 EURO security deposit. This amount will be returned upon check-out after assessing the apartment.
Remember that after arriving to Madrid and before heading to the apartment, you must call to confirm your check in time. The number to call will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
