This beautiful, two-bedroom, two-bath apartment has an exquisite vintage decor and space to comfortably accommodate 7 people, as there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room and a twin sized folding bed. It is a very sunny apartment, with high ceilings and 135 m² distributed among 3 floors. The ground floor has a patio where you can dine outdoors in total privacy, a living room with dining table for 7, a bathroom and the kitchen. The two top floors are accessed by a spiral staircase in the living room. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor. The second double bedroom is on the top floor.

This apartment has a unique location right by Atocha Station on Paseo Infanta Isabel 21. It has unbeatable access to the train, metro and bus, including the express bus with direct access to the airport. All of this is within walking distance of the Prado, Reina Sofía and Retiro Park (which in fact can be seen and enjoyed from the window of the apartment). This is a great location in the heart of Madrid in a neighborhood with all necessary amenities (shops, supermarkets, pharmacies ...), and one from which you can walk around the entire city center.

20% of the total cost of the stay will be charged to your card upon reservation for the reservation deposit. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 3% commission charge). There will also be asked for a 40 EURO cleaning fee and a 200 EURO security deposit (which will be returned upon departure after assessing the apartment).
