This is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment with quality furnishings that is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The apartment sleeps 4 people and is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen (connected to the living room by sliding doors) and a living room with a large table for 4 people and a comfortable double sofa bed that is easily opened. The building has a small pool where you can cool off after a long day of sightseeing in Madrid.

This bright apartment is located in a modern building on Calle Zurbano 71, near the Gregorio Marañón metro station in the exclusive Chamberí neighborhood. This is a busy commercial area with many office buildings and a high number of visitors during the week. The neighborhood changes significantly during the weekend, making it a quiet residential area. All of this is easily accessible by public transport (bus and subway stops are next to the apartment) to the main tourist areas: Sol, Plaza Mayor and the museums. From here you can also walk to many of Madrid’s attractions such as the Sorolla Museum, the National Museum of Natural Sciences, Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, and the Salamanca neighborhood, as well as enjoy some of the best restaurants and tapas bars in Madrid.

25% of the cost of the stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking and is nonrefundable. The remaining balance and 40 EURO cleaning fee will be paid in cash when you arrive to the apartment. The owner will also ask for a 200 EURO security deposit which will be returned upon departure after assessing the condition of the apartment.
