Apartment was ready when we arrived almost 3 hours in advance. Keys were overhanded without any problem, later that evening we paid the rent for the nights we were to stay. |

The location is perfect. The apartment is a very short walk to a local Mercadero which contains butchers, fresh fish shops, greengrocers and delicatessans. Also within the Mercadero is an excellent little restaurant serving inexpensive local cuisine. This area is well placed near the touristic area, but of itself essentially and refreshingly local. |

Owner was very nice although he can only speak a few English. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The beds are new. It is in good location, very convenient with supermarket, market and metro nearby. But be prepared with music and party noise at weekend. It will be much better if a big knife for cooking and wifi internet access are available but I still will recommend this apartment to anyone. |

Tres Peces apartment is a wonderful place to stay. There is more than enough space for two people (the apartment would even be comfortable for up to 4 people) and it is in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the major sights. Thank you! |
