Great location, in the heart of la Latina. Very cute and nice apartment, great shower. Slightly small for 4 people, can only be 2 couples. Very functional and nicely designed. Need to add a couple of items for the premium price we paid: hair dryer, small speakers for i-pod or computer, more wine glasses and champagne flutes, but these are details. Would also change the black carpet which brings tons of dust in the apartment. Would most likely rent it again when I come back to Madrid. |

The flat in La Latina was perfect! We could not have asked for a better location. The flat accomodated 4 people perfectly and could comfortably accomodate more. I would definately go back there and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Madrid. Thums up from Cardiff!! |

This is an excellent flat well located downtown. The flat is central and from there we could go for a walk in the city without taking any public transport. This is the second time we were in Madrid and this is the second flat we got from this company. This flat has been suggested by them and we were really happy from the suggestion once more time. |

We were delighted with the excellent location of the flat which proved very functional modern with all facilities. It was an easy walk from all locations of interest and litterally one minute away from Madrid superb metro making farther destinations still easy to reach. |

Very good flat. Well situated - you can walk to the main places of interest. The only bad point is the tv... if you don´t speak spanish... that is the way to learn it! I definitely recommend it. |

Apartamento a estrenar con decoración moderna y casi todo lo necesario. El dormitorio principal es perfecto, pero el habilitado en la buhardilla no sera de la satisfaccion de los mas exigentes tanto por la cama (sofa convertible) como por los ruidos. Tampoco conseguimos disfrutar de la WiFi por problemas con el router 3G. |
