My friends and I have just visited Madrid for a brilliant hen do weekend. There were seven of us in total so we had two apartments here and the location by Santa Ana was perfect for all the lovely tapas restaurants in the square and of course the beautiful ME Madrid hotel rooftop bar! The apartments themselves were just what we needed – simple, clean, tidy, with all the facilities needed and great value for money. The free wifi was an added bonus too. I would highly recommend staying at these apartments and I would do so myself again. Madrid is a fantastic city and I will definitely be returning! |

Apartment is nice, very clean and well maintained. The owner helps with what you need. Great location, except for night life. But with closed window it does not prevent you from sleeping. Internet and heat work perfect. Kitchen has what you need. |

Excellent location for visiting the major tourist sites and with restaurants and supermarket very close. We particularly liked La Baremcilla de Santa Ana which was just across the road - friendly service and good food. The apartment is a good size and very clean. The only issues for us are that for self catering the kitchen equipment was very limited for example just one cereal bowl and it was noisy late into the night dispite the double glazing due to the club downstairs. |

Had a 3 night stay. Very central location, bit noisy at night. We were glad to have A/C as it was very hot. The apartment was very clean. Very useful to have WiFi but the TV did not seem to pick up a signal. There's a great bar/restaurant just across the road - Bardemcillo. Overall, we really enjoyed Madrid and would recommend going. |

It was very nice to be in the middle of old Madrid, and it was an easy walk to Plaza Mayor and other central sights, which we quite enjoyed. The noise from people on the street was not too bad, since there was double glass on the windows. |

Purpose: 5-day holiday, a couple in late 30. Everything was perfect. The appartment clean and well equipped. The hostess speaks English and is very friendly. But the appartment is a bit noisy, especially at night. It is perfect for young people or those who don't mind the noise but definietly not for someone looking for peace and quiet. It is because it is located in a very lively street full of restaurants and pubs. But if I could move there right now for a few days again I definietly would:-) |
